Experience
After recruiting several personnel for various companies he worked for over the years, Elliot Stiller is now narrowing his focus solely to the mining industry. He is applying the same techniques he used before--such as resume databases and job posts--as well as new techniques derived from deep research, such as highly customized Candidate Profile sheets that answer 17+ critical qualifying questions relevant to the mining industry. Standing as the foundation behind all of this is Elliot's practiced interviewing skills born from 3-years of award-winning Journalism, where he won awards at the local and national level.
Our process
Once the contract is signed (20% placement fee upon candidate hire), we will conduct the following steps:
1. Gather job details from the client
2. Recruit candidates via:

Applications on our job postings

Calling and emailing candidates from resume databases
3. Filter candidates through a series of questions that determine their eligibility for an interview, such as experience, transportation, and physical readiness
4. Interview candidates, utilizing our Candidate Profile Sheet, which covers 17 questions to further qualify candidates. All information is presented in a neat, scannable format to save our clients time analyzing
5. We will send you all of the best candidates' resumes and Candidate Profile Sheets
6. For any candidates that you hire, you will pay the placement fee to Elliot Stiller Recruiting
